"Joe,
Good morning and thank you for your inquiry. It appears that we do
offer the Mobil 1 5w50 however it is currently offered in cases of 6
quarts not in gallons. Please let me know if you have other questions
or need anything else. Have a good day.

Joe: Where are these folks located? What city? I went to their website and it talks about Florida and the mid west, but doesn't show any address. Did they give you a price for the six pak of 5W-50??

Guys. I got some of this via my local Jiffy Lube for 7 or so per quart in cases of 6 quarts last fall. Got three cases. Prices have changed. This stuff seems to make oil consumption go from 1 qt of 0w-40 per 1500 to 1800 miles to almost none in the same time frame. I also see less smoke on start up (oil in the turbo I think)...so in a warm place, it maybe perfect.
5w-40 turbo diesel truck is great stuff too and has been cheaper in the past than 0w-40....not sure if that is still true.

However,
"Section 107 contains a list of the various purposes for which the reproduction of a particular work may be considered “fair,” such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, and research. Section 107 also sets out four factors to be considered in determining whether or not a particular use is fair:

2. the nature of the copyrighted work;
3. amount and substantiality of the portion used in relation to the copyrighted work as a whole; and

Loren's site has a clear disclaimer regarding the use of said material.

"You do not have permission to view the Current TSB section. You must be a Member (or Contributing Member) to view this section."
and
"Porsche®, Carrera, Targa, Boxster, Cayenne, Cayman and the Porsche Crest are copyrighted and trademarks of Porsche AG.

However, I can only assume Porsche's copyrighted material to a certain degree has some educational value.
Hence, I repeat myself:
"Section 107 contains a list of the various purposes for which the reproduction of a particular work may be considered “fair”, such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, and research. Section 107 also sets out four factors to be considered in determining whether or not a particular use is fair:

Nor do I believe jhbrennan posted the material for commercial gain.
I actually believe jhbrennan posted Porsche's copyrighted material under the same premise as Loren did when he posted Porsche's copyrighted material on his website..."For nonprofit educational purposes."
But short of that, I acknowledge that jhbrennan most likely didn't have Porsche's permission to post Porsche's copyrighted material.
But then again, why does "Section 107" exsist at all?
