http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Cars-...m110257252235&
Guy is asking $ 91.5K
It's like buying a new car, but anyways, I think it's overpriced
Maybe $ 85K ?

Not sure where I read it, but someone had a bad time with him. It is not a 'dealer'... basically a guy selling used cars.
a 2003 X50 aero, PCB with normal miles should be low 70s. Max.
Now this has stupid low miles, which is a wild card. Will someone with a compunction for 'collecting' feel it is worth an extra 15-20k? If you will be DRIVING the car, then it is truly foolish to spend an extra 10-15k just to 'burn those miles off' in the next year or so.
My 2 cents

PS A "new car" has a "warranty"....This is like buying a new car without a warranty and nobody has 'tested' the car to see what will succumb to infant mortality...

Adam,
Thanks for your reply
Found the case of the guy, who got a bad deal with this dealer -- He used his name and registered the website www.encore-exotics.com to explain his case
Scary stuff !
Man, difficult to find honest people nowadays... I guess that's why many people prefer to buy a new car instead of a used one

Well, let me say this- the buyer screwed up. All his problems could have been avoided if he'd done his homework.
Assume nothing that is told to you is true unless it is in a legal document/agreement.
Do your own PPI
Verify insurance, ownership, service history, warranty, etc outside of the seller.
(I like the way the dealer tries to pin the issue on the SSK in their diagnosis, or at least sets it up for PCNA in the record...)
Having said all that, yes, mario is a slimeball for how he deal with this...
Why would this turn you off of used cars??? Just do your homework!
