Default Battery Gauge

Just did a quick trip to Vegas. Car ran awesome. The ability to pass at speed was fantastic. 2 questions; my battery gauge registered consistenly at the 14 mark is that where it should be? Second, did not get any tixs but definetly hit radar a couple of times. Need to get a detector. Whats the feel for whats available without paying the fright for the F40 system?

Thanks

Battery guage sounds right. When you get here (Hot weather) the guage will show much lower volts. Apparently the alternator or some other item back there is smart and cuts back voltage when it is hot so as not to blow the alternator up from too much heat.

On another note.....Next time you come to Las Vegas do yourself a favor and take the 127 north out of Baker and come in on the Old Spanish Trail highway. Once you hit that very long, straight, flat road you will know why
