So is there any consensus on what is the best flash product out there for an X50?

Best cold air intake? I just got my car two weeks ago and it is stock. I know that the X50 gives it slightly different exhaust, intercoolers, K24 turbos but didn't know if the intake is something I may want to improve or which flash would be recommended.
