The wood hurts the car in a bad way. I would start around 65ish as a fair asking price that will move the car. Good luck. Tip or 6speed?

65ish is a tad bit too low for a 996TT with 6k miles. I would ask for 73k

I like the wood interiors on the 996TT's....sort of fits the GT class/feeling of the car.
Now wood in a GT2, GT3.....no.

When i was shopping for my TT in the summer, I came across an 03 with 6900 miles, well optioned and in immaculate condition for 73K. I was ready to pull the trigger on it when i found my 05 TTS. Your car sounds pretty similar to this (with the exception of the wood - some may love it while others don't).

Is it Tip or Manual??

I would have thought that this is a major price point??

In Australia if your car was Manual you would list it for $175,000 USD and in Tip it wold be listed for $160,000 USD.

Good luck with the sale!!

Champion Porsche in Pompano Beach had a 2002 GT2 with 6,000 miles and a ton of carbon fiber interior trim. They were asking $125,000.

No comparision between a GT2 and TT price. I am basing my number off the recent purchase of a 03 X50 from a Rennlister with 20K Cargraphic wheels and a few other mods for 70. One year older but with lower mileage hence the lower price of 65 ish.

I paid $64k for a flawless 5,800 mile yellow one in July. Manual transmission and it stickered at something like $120k with the options.

I knew of someone that had bought a new 02 GT2 from Champion and 6 months later decided to trade it back to them and they offered him $ 62,000. and were serious!

Champion used prices are usually well above market.

All bets are off on a trade in...although $62k for a 6 month old GT2 sounds too low to be true. I traded a '02 38k mile C4S 6 months ago for $44k.
