People should relax a bit, only a gearbox rebuild and the car would be great.

Doesn't sound that bad... A car with 700hp++ has always some kind of problems if not changed A LOT OF parts in the beginning and you actually drive it hard on tracks...

I'm surprised no one sees this car has a built engine for the GT700 power kit, I would never get a GT700 without changing the internals (but everyone on the net forums seem to do so...doh), that would be a bit too dangerous for the engine in serious track and autobahn driving.
