Default Are these offsets too aggressive

I'm looking at new 19" techarts from WE. Recognizing that offsets are largely a matter of personal taste, are these over the top:

TechArt Formula
8.5x19” ET40
11x19” ET25

Thanks. GBG

I've just put on 19 inch F 8.5 with 40 and rears 11 with 45
I had 17mm spacers.

So, if my calculation is correct my rear offset with spacers is equivalnet to 45-17 = 28.

My rear wheel protrudes 10mm too much.
Therefore, a rear offset of 38 should be ok.

I think 25 is too much and if your suspension
is stock, it may rub on the guard.

But, I don't claim to be a genius with matters 996tt yet!

I think it looks okay, but I expect you will be tossing road rocks and sand down the side of your car. do you have any rubbing?

Not my set up, but I'm thinking about it. My car is lower than the car in the pic, so I'm told I'll need to roll the rear fender. I'm concerned that it may look to agressive on a lowered car, hence the post. Thanks.

It's really hard to judge the overall look from one close picture of the side of the car. From a look perspective, I almost like the rear but taking in the whole car; it reminds me of the civics I've seen with small wheels sticking out 6 inches beyond the fender. Maybe I just don't like the TechArt wheels. As mentioned above I'd not do it to my car for rubbing and stone chip reasons. But hey it's not my money, if you like it that's all that matters.

Ce Devito, I think I agree with you. Now I can't get out of my head the image of the crappy little civic with oversized wheels! Here's another two pics of a different car with same set up. Look any better?
