That is where you are wrong. Many people including myself have broken the cheap plastic teeth that hold the shifter to the shift cable. The EVOMS unit is solid metal and will not break. When the stock unit does break your shifting will be very smooth because the shifter won't be connected to anything!

findanza, they are big in the import world, at least thats how i know em, known for flywheels, cam gears, lightweight pullys stuff like that.

Highly recommended, but definitely have the dealer do it if you have a warranty.
