Default DV upgrade question

I'm coming up on my 30,000 mile service. Is it any easier to change the diverter valves during the service due to the fact the rear bumper will be off the car while changing the plugs?

If I provide the parts, what should the labor cost me to change the DV's? I'll be using a local dealer to do the work.

The DVs are no where near the rear bumper. Should take less than 1 hour to change.

Just to clarify, there is no advantage to doing DV at same time as the plugs.
I watched my plugs being changed and they did not remove rear bumper.
The bitch of plug changing is the heat shields and one of the coil packs on the passenger side of the
car.

do the diverters yourself unless you have a size 14 ring size, (the smaller your hands the better)
