Audi Club hosted a rally to benefit the Russell Home for Children. I attended last year and it was a lot of fun... This year I was not able to do the rally but attended the registration, breakfast, donated my share, took photos, and went thru the motions of getting all the information and route.
A few rennlisters with 996TT attended so we should see a few of them posting their experience and how the event ended. Last year Porsche won for the most cars and the folks that won the rally also were from the club.
Here are a few photos:

The results were Porsche took overall in the number of cars as well as winning best in show and the Rally was won by the yellow 356 Cab that Jaime took a picture of. We had a total of 101 cars in the Rally...most ever! Two M3 drivers received complimentary speeding tickets with another one getting off lucky with just a warning. The mileage driven for the Rally was 104.7 miles. I must have taken a short cut somewhere as I only logged 107.4 miles. Maybe it's those nineteen inch wheels
My TT is the first one in the series of pictures that Jaime took. I also got an opportunity to listen Jaime's straight cat exhaust...wow...is it loud! I'd do that to mine but the sound would vibrate my butt right out of the car. All in all it was a great event and everyone seemed to have a really good time. I think we raised around $3,700 for the kids. By the way Jaime...your name was called for a door prize
You know how it goes...must be present to win

I had to go back home and was planning to go back to the restaurant but never made it...
