Nice pics! those guys take their rides seriously too!
Hong Kong is LITTERED with money. and the cost of living is VERY high, you've got to be very wealthy to live there. Bentley's, Rolls, Porsche, Lambos(tons), and Ferraris everywhere. You'll see more exotic cars per capita there than anywhere else in the world. (from my experience).
I believe the exchange rate is USD$1 to HK$7.80. So they are paying roughly US$390,000 for a GT2 and $128,000 for a Carrera And on top of that, there's a one time tax of 60% for luxury cars.

I think per capita wouldn't be correct. Remember, there are tons of extremely dense government housing buildings and extensive public transportation. Most people there don't have cars. Per square mile, though, it is likely unmatched.
Per capita, I suspect somewhere like the Principality of Monaco would be tops.
