More Roock Problems

I know deep down that this is all that we can really do. However, the aftermarket industry is filled with questionable characters like Mr. Roock and it would be very nice to make an example of him in the courts. Fraudulent claims are fraud and no one should be allowed to false advertise and take advantage of consumers in the way that so many automotive companies do. Unfortunately like myself many people have been ripped off but the dollars associated with these situations do not justify going after him to agressivly. IN THE CASE OF ROOCK BUYER BEWARE.

This is exactly what I am talking about.
To update everyone this is what has happened since I originally posted.
As you will all remember I asked Mr. Roock to send back my suspension by courier as I had done to him. He said that he would. Well boys and girls he didn't. I chased him for with numerous calls over 4 days and guess what no luck. I asked him to simply give me the tracking number and I could trace the package myself. No call back from him came. Yesterday I finally cought him at 7 am in the morinng and he said that it was sent by ground. I asked for the shipping number and he said that he would call me back with it yesterday he did not. I am fairly certin that my package has not be sent back to me yet and that he is in no particular hurry to send it to me. I will say what the person on the Duane's post would not say. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS GUY. HE IS A SCAM ARTIST AND ABSOLUTLY FULL OF SHI*. <img src="graemlins/cussing.gif" border="0" alt="[grrrrrrr]" />
