Hi guys,

Got my Fabspeed exhaust it looks awesome! I
will be installing with a friend tommorrow.
Anyone who has done one have any words of
wisdom??

I had the Fabspeed on my 1997 turbo and loved
it, I can't wait to put this on my 2002 turbo!

Thanks Joe!

Hi,
have my BB-Triflo Exhaust installed by Porsche Bremen in Germany last week. I watched the
mechanics working on my car. They allways remove
the rear bumper, should make things a little easier they said.

Please kepp us posted with a "soundcheck".

My B & B Race System is fu....g loud, I remove it next weekeen even if the car has more power between 3800 and 5000 RPM now.

1. Don't remove bumper
2.Unsnap all 4 O2 sensors from engine deck.
3. Put on lift
4.If you have a support (tranny or engine) to put under it while dropping, it helps,as its fairly hefty.
5.There is a shield around the turbos, loosen it to help removal of cat nuts, remove the catalytic converter nuts.
6.In front of the exhausts are flanges that need to be loosened, loosen and slide to the side.
7.Drop exhausts.
Did it twice, once to put in the Fabspeed, once to take off. Waiting for the Quieter, non-resonance fabspeed version this month to do it again.

The O2 sensors (4) are on the caralytic converters. The lines from them run into the engine deck from below and attach by connectors on the left and right sides of the deck. Just follow the lines up from the converters and remove. I wouldn't try this without a lift. Follow the rest of the info in the previous post.

Buddy, post some vids of the fabspeed on your car. I can't wait to get my car back. I'm also having the Fabspeed installed.

Talking

I just picked up my 02 TT with the GT2 Fabspeed exhaust. The sound and performance are awesome. I'm going to have PowerHaus do the dyno run to see exactly how much HP gain I received. Definate sound resonance, however. May not be suited for people who are looking for a "quiet" ride. I was looking for a more familliar Porsche "bark" that I've grown custom to on the older turbos.
Also had Techart short shift kit and lowering springs installed. Happy with all the enhancements.
