Thanks - I had no idea. $172 seemed like a great price after what seemed like an initial price spike for the cars. Guess the market has changed more than I thought. This car has 500 miles and is supposed to be "perfect."

wch,
I think that 172 for a used GT2 with only 500 miles is pretty good.
I just p/u my for MSRP ......along with $4100.00 in luxury TAX.
The NEW SALES MGR would NOT work with me!
I asked if they could hold it for 2 1/2 weeks, so I would not have to incur the lux tax.
This guy was an IxxxT!

Hey all,
After 3 long years, I finnaly p/u my GT2 from Rusnak in Pasadena. My sales consultant, Jack Weir is one of the most helpful and knowlegable Porsche sales professional that I know.
I've been to a lot of dealers "looking" and have not come across any better sales person.

brutal but appropriate, Dean, it is time to spruce up the boards for Christmas.
I have seen no used GT2's advertised. there is only 10K in the cars for the dealer i hear from my trusty salesman; they pay about $175 to porsche for our $187 cars. i hear new wholesale cars are trading hands for 5 off. A US car for $172 with 500 miles is a good deal.

Deanger & scott watkins,
Jack is a great sales consultant, he knows his Porsches and then some.
It's the new Sales Manager that is an IxxxT!
I was willing to offer them half the lux tax -
which means they would enjoy an additional $2050.00 in PROFIT....he never even offer this option.
I also upset him by paying the whole transaction
with a personnel check!
He under estimated me ( cuz on weekends, they only see me in blue jeans and white t-shirts )- he thought I had to finance it..., <img src="graemlins/nono.gif" border="0" alt="[nono]" />
