Are really noisy. They are the OEM Pirelli Asymetico's (not sure about that spelling but it's late). They make a lot of road noise particularly from the back. I haven't tried them at Autocross yet so I can't comment on the ultimate stick. But I wish I had the ol' BFG TA/KD's on this baby! Quieter at the very least and probably better stick as well.

Garey,
Given the same car, the BFG g-Force KD's are far noisier than the Pirelli P-Zero Asimmetrico. Believe me, the Pirelli is not noisy for a maximum performance tire.

Mine are bald... 7500miles and bald form the inside over about 3 inches. Oh well, its getting parked for the winter so I will order some new ones. Anyone tried any different tires?

I found that the Bridgestone S02's were a less harsh tire than the P0's on my 993 Turbo, but the Pirellis are far superior in every way IMHO. I was amazed at how well the Pirelli's took abuse at Road Atlanta during PDE. I'm sold on the P0 on 911's.

Robin: My first experience with the PZeros was also at the PDE at Road Atlanta. One day dry, one in the rain. I was particularly surprised at how well the tires stick in the rain. Since then I've had them on my current car, and also had another PDE stint at Sebring. The tires take more abuse at Sebring - very impressive, especially on a "hot lap" with the likes of David Murray.
