Anyone know where i can get a carbon fiber airbox or modified airbox cover for a reasonable price?? I aminly want it for more airflow rather than looks!!
I think ByDesign advertises one made by a company called Titanium Editioin (any info on them?? URL??) but in Excellence it is listed almost close to $1800!!

I think Sportec carries a modified airbox...
it has two opening, and it's made of carbon...
i've seen that airbox on their 700hp turbo, and in terms of look it's just like the original factory airbox, but with two openings...

By Design, has a 700hp 996TT? You don't mean Matt's car, do you?
As far as I know, the only 700hp club 996TT's in California are Wilber and CJV.
I believe that the carbon intake sold by By Design is a Gruppe M intake from Japan.
IMHO, it is a waste of money. It's mostly for looks.
