Post Antifreeze Drip

The car has 2600 miles on it. On two occasions, I found a small quantity of fluorescent yellow fluid on the otherwise pristinely clean garage floor near the left rear wheel. This happened the first time after driving it very hot for several hours, then parking.

Freaked, I watched very carefully for days and it was not replicated.

Over the week end I did 40 miles of "spirited" driving, returned and got 2-3 drops of the same fluid.

1. How worried should I be? Is there an overflow valve that lets some pop out if the car is put away hot?

2. If it is intermittent and sheds just a few drops, is it imperative to have it checked out??

Your thoughts are appreciated.

Greg: There has been a problem reported (which has been the subject of a Porsche Technical Service Bulletin) with the plastic coolant reservoir developing cracks/leaks. Unfortunately, I don't have the TSB # for you and this may not be your problem. If it is, it's my understanding that the fix is rather easy and fast and simply involves replacing the reservoir.
