Thanks.

Quick question for you. Why? Do you not like the factory lip spoiler or do you want something that sits lower, looks different? Did something happen to your spoiler? From my own experience if you get to low to the ground you are just asking for trouble with the roads in the US.

Well I want to improve my aerodynamics as I have added a rear wing to my vehicle. Also I want something that just flares out a little, the stock lip is just flat and isnt too appealing to me.

Well as a caution, some of those spoilers, wings, body kits for sale out there are actually detrimental to a car's overall aerodynamics. The only way to be certain would be to wind tunnel test at various speeds and get the results. A lip spoiler may not improve your aerodynamics, then again it might. Unless you wind tunnel test, then I guess get whatever makes you happy from the looks standpoint. Some people paint their lip spoiler body color and say that it makes it look much better than just having it black, have you thought of that route?

I had to fight to get my lip, and when I got it, it wasn't a direct screw on or anything. It had to be epoxy'd. When we lined it up on the car, we noticed, due to my coilovers, it was exactly 1/2" from the ground. Way too low. My bodyshop had to make zeus fasteners, cut 3/4" off thoe top, and then skid plates to prevent scraping. The body work costed as much as the spoiler - $1100.00. I dont wish that misery on anyone. If I did it over, I would get the cargraphics, and customize it a bit by sealing the vent holes, and perhaps trimming 1/4" off the top.

Okay thanks Shank for your input. I am probably going to go with the Cargraphic a little different than the chin spoiler from the Turbo Aerokit and a little more stylish.

Just so you know, Wilber replaced his Cargraphic lip with the IMEC one. The Cargraphic one shattered after hitting a curb at low speed.

Not to mention they are a strange group of guys to deal with. They still haven't paid my friend the money he was owed (despite repeated promises that they would) for opening several key vendor accounts for them. To me that ain't right, so now I will never put Cargraphic on any of my cars.
