Jonathan...first welcome aboard. It is a tradition to post pics uopn arrival. Now some quick answers...It is NEVER bad to run higher octane fuel (as long as it is unleaded). Your car may not be able to take advantage of the increased octane performance wise, but it will not hurt. Think of it as the higher the octane the higher the potential energy. You may or may not get better gas mileage...again depending on driving patterns and ECU tuning. If anything the higher octane fuels will clean your system (especially if you are using ethanol blends all of the time). I mix 100 with 91. Motor Trend June 2006 has an article on this (online).

thanks for the info wross996tt! I will post pictures as soon as I get a chance to, but on the topic, next week I will be getting SPS2 ECU selectable programming made by RevoTechnics. Based on what you posted, I will be more able to see the difference in the octane once that system is in place? This portion may be off topic, but is the RevoTechnics SPS2 unit a good one? (it certainly is expensive). Thanks again for your informative reply. Have a good one!

I just wanted to make a correction. The gas station's name is Alliance not 76 and they do have Trick 101 for $4.99/gallon.It is at the corner of sherman way and woodley.Their phone number is 818-780-8209.
Weekdays open till 10pm,Weekends till 9pm.
This gas station has increased their price from $4.99 to $5.99/Gallon.
When they realized, their prices are low, they increased it.Please call them and let them know that they are going to have less business, because of the price increase, not more business.
Their phone number is 818-780-8209.
Thanks

Reg 91 octane is fine and I have been running it for years in all types of Porsche, Benz, and other cars.
