The new 997 turbo's coming out with the LSD option. Might need to wait and see what kind of unit that they're running on it.

The Quaife ATB (Automatic Torque Biasing) diffs and and the 'Torsen' (Torque Sensing) diffs work in much the same way and both uses gears and have seam-less torque-transfer.
