I've seen a RUF Turbo displaying 207 mph on the digital diaplay, and the analog only shows 200, so I'd say yes.

My analog and digital both read about 4 mph fast between 40 and 100 mph.

Default Speedometer

I asked this question before and everyone said it was normal....but my speedometer works fine but the indicator in the tach does not match the speedometer. It does like an average speed and is nowhere close to the actual speed. I am almost sure that when I first bought my car that they were both the same and you could check your speed from either the tach or speedometer. Could someone check theirs and let me know if I am correct? Also the MPG does not seem correct either. I do have extended warranty and need to have this checked if it is not working correct. I did ask dealer about it and they said it was working correct.

How far down do you run your gas quantity before filling up? And when you put gas in, do you top it off (fill it up)?

I run it pretty low as i do not drive this car very much. I am talkig about the setting that tells you how much MPG that you are getting while driving. When i first bought it it would say like 25 MPG when in high gear and now shows like 15 MPG. It does not seem correct to me.

I agree with Doc, the Digital readout will go much higher than 200 mph, whereas the analog
dial stops at 200. Remember in a blistering fast acceleration run, the digital readout often
cannot keep up with actual speed (it lags behind). This is one of the many reasons the
speedometer cannot be used as the (60-130mph) indicator--it simply is not accurate enough.

The reason I asked about how low you run the tank before filling up is because the gas tank in the Turbo and C4S is horseshoe shaped and the float in the tank can't reach all the way to the bottom of the tank. Below about 1/4 tank the quantity is calculated by a computer, and it bases consumption by how you've been driving the car. This estimate is not too accurate, and Turbo/C4S owners might find that they don't put the amount of gas in that they were expecting when filling up from low quantities. This computer calculation also impacts the displayed MPG.

The bottom line is the system is not real accurate, especially if you run the gas below 1/4 tank.
