Tom - I had Fabspeed 100 cells and his 996 TT/GT2 loud exhaust system on my GT2. No CEL, definite boost in power. They were loud though - with no muffler it will be very loud. I liked loud - you could hear the turbo spool and the burble on the over-run was a blast.

oh i know that you really dont need headers until ~600HP or so, rather i was just getting on porsche's case for putting such UGLY cheapo looking parts on such a sweet car. Hey mine are ugly as hell too!

Evan, that was EXACTLY what I wanted to do but didnt know the deal with the CEL? I track the car and if the no cat version causes the CEL and you either ignore it or take the bulb out I would be worried if something else really happened!!!
