Lightbulb HELP (HOW TO SET MY PSS9'S HEIGHT)

Hi,Everyone
Its been a month i bought my 2002 TT 996 and i got a lot of help for upgrades e.t.c from this site.
I want to thank you all for everything you do to keep this site so helpful for everybody .
I Just install myself and my (son) the pss9's bought from FVD
It is not the EUROPEAN STYLE
Can someone explain with a easy way how to set the height on these?
My wheels and tires size are:
285/35/19 for front
315/35/19 for rear
I do not want my car very low. just enough so my tires is not touch the fenders.
if is anyway i can call someone of you to explain from the phone i will do that.
just send me a PM and i call you.
I allready have some specs for the aligment, and i set the numbers on the shocks on #4 for front and rear.
You can check the specs below from a member, if you know to see if they are right

Ride height (Fr: 7/8", Rr: 3/4" lower)
Fr: camber -30'
toe +5' perwheel
Rr: camber -1º35'
toe +10' total
THANKS A LOT!!
