Option Code Help Needed

Does anyone know what these option codes mean? I have already tried the Kindel site and these are not listed:

X03
XNR
XNX
XPV
X47
X58

X47 = carbon fibre handbrake
X58 = carbon fibre gear lever

Don't know the others.
