Now that you mention it, mine does feel a little light at 140mph or so. The front end really lifts on that car when I get traction. It's great for transferring weight to hook up, but I think it may make steering a bit more difficult. I never had that problem when it was stock though.

I hope you're right! I drove both a turbo and a GT3 this morning, and I think the turbo fits my needs a little better. I don't want to have to beat around town at 7500rpms to feel any power.

All I have done to my car is change the shifter and replaced the stock exhaust with an after market Corsa system. Other then that she's pretty much going to stay that way. The car handles and drives beautifully once you've learned to give her respect.
Most guys who have altered the engine schematics or placed a twin turbo in the car swear by the increased performance and handling. I mean with 500HP naturally aspirated V10 engine stock, engineers have left alot of room for additional performance and HP.

Holy ****, I haven't seen that video of Dave's car! That's awesome!
I love seeing Jr. blow past all of those cars on the road course like they are standing still. He's a great driver in a very powerful car!

The 996tt will probably be one of the most easily exotics to drive. Definitely easier than the Viper. Plus much more class. I like Vipers, but l like 996 twin turbos more!

Well I picked up my 02 tt yesterday, and I really like it! It's very smooth and quiet, and it still feels fairly fast! Oddly enough, I think it has a substantially rougher ride than my SRT! That's one thing that really suprised me. My favorite thing is that there is zero wind noise on the highway. I'm just not used to that in a sports car!
