Default Wheel Out of Round

It appears that my TT has a rear wheel out of round condition that we found when I had them balanced yesterday. They did balance but I could clearly see that there was one "flat" spot in the wheel on the inner rim on each of the rears (one side worse than the other). They have never been damaged or repaired to my knowledge so my question is are the rears prone to "pothole" damage or denting since they ride such low profile tires?

Can they be repaired and if so, are there any things I should be looking for in a repair shop?

If they can't what is the best way to get replacements for a reasonable price? (I've checked the classifieds here but don't need a whole set)

Thanks,
Dave - Vyper340

I had the same problem and took them to a place in Maryland to get them straightened. No Issues with the repair. The company I have used twice is called Wheel Worx 1-888-969-7282. They do a real nice job
