Mine had it. I also had the Stage II Loud. Stef took it back and said the EP was not for me. I was installed properly.

I hate the standard exhaust
Just like driving a big Mercedes
For me a porsche must have that typical sound (like my 964 !)
What exhaust do you have now ?

How do these exausts compare to the Porsche OEM Sport Exhaust in terms of sound out of curiosity?

Question

Folks-

I like Joe Fabiano, and we started doing driver's ed together at the same time in the early 90s.

On his web site, he states, "Fabspeed has consistently made more significant horsepower and torque than any other 996TT exhaust. This was independently blind tested by Stephen Kaspar a National Porsche Club of America technical chairman. He order 8+ 996TT exhaust from all over the world and DYNO tested each & every exhaust system on his 996TT. The results were that Fabspeed's unique systems offered significantly more POWER and better Sportscar sound than all other systems."

Does anyone know where these results are posted? My experience with a 911 Turbo S2 was that the headers made a big difference, but am not as sure that an exhaust would significantly increase bhp on my 996 TTX50.

Any data or feedback are appreciated. Thanks!

Europipe makes the most incremental TQ in the lower 1/2 of the RPM range.

Mr. Kasper posted the results on 6speedonline.com. Go there and search the threads. Good, comprehensive info.
