Had a "Failure" notification show up on the car's computer today. Car had been running for about 3 min. and it appeared to be indicating "oil failure". Showed a picture of an oil can and said failure (if I remember correctly. I pulled the car over, shut it off and restarted. The message was gone. Any comments?

I had the same thing happen on my 02 while driving on the interstate. Since temps were normal and there were no signs of abnormal function, I continued to drive and the indicator spontaneously went out. When checked at the dealer, a malfunctioning guage was detected. I am now awaiting installation of a new cluster. In the interim, it's happened another 7-10 times, each time resolving spontaneously in seconds. AS
