Default Techart Wheels rubbing?

It has been mentioned by one of the wheel/tire suppliers that the Techart Formula wheel on the 996 TT will rub the outer rear fender if a 315 tire is used. Experience and comments, PLEASE.

Variables, variables......height is critical (ie 5-10 mm can solve problems)...........what coil-overs you use also a variable (ie H&R fairly tight, less travel than OE or just springs).....also, PS2s are a tad wider than Conti 2s (and either is wider than Yoks).
