Tinted windows
Hello,
Just wondering if it's possible to get tinted windows without the plastic film on the inside. I live in Sweden and here they refuse to even install the plastic film, due to law regulations...
Thank you in advance

You should certainly be able to purchase online the film and whatever supplies are necessary to install it yourself (small squeegee and rollers), ammonia and a razor knife from your local DIY. I've never done a car but have done residential windows, which are still holding up after 8 years. It wasn't brain surgery, although w/ glass that's moving over wiper edges you'd have to pretty darn sure that the film was well placed.
If you bought enough extra film to do a few practice installs on another car besides your P-car (is there an equivalent to Chevettes and junkyards in Sweden?) I would imagine that you could develop sufficient expertise to tint your windows yourself. fwiw......
