Default Mixn' up a batch of 100 octane

I bought a 5 gallon (us) can of 112 (C12) race gas today. I looked in the owners manual to see the exact capacity of our gas tanks to calculate at what level the gas gage should be at when I dump in the C12 so that I end up with 100 octane. I am planning to try out the Stage 4 GTR ecu map tomorrow!

I calculated that with a 1/2 a tank of 92 octane (8.3 US Gallons) and 5 gallons of 112 octane will get me to 99.5 octane. Does this sound correct?

Does it matter that the C12 is LEADED?

Methinks Moogle is right on target,...

If you use leaded, expect a short life for your 4 oxysensors, destroyed cats, and Check Engine lights.

DO NOT PUT LEADED GAS IN YOUR TURBO! Steve is 100% correct, you will destroy your cats and o2 sensors and that will result in your 996TT going into "safe" mode which kills all boost and requires a trip to the dealer. DONT DO IT!!!!!!!!!

That's a damn good question. I have a 91 octane program and a 100 octane program. My guess would be 500 - 550 whp with the 91 octane program and 700??? with the 100 octane program. We are expecting to get 94 octane octane here in the great province of Alberta soon and I plan to get my 91 oct. program update to 94, which s/b able to push near 600 whp.

or

If you were asking about the John Deer, 17.5 HP is the number!
