Looks perfect to me. Been using G12/13 in cars for 15 years.

Assuming it's actually coolant, it looks like coolant that leaked from somewhere and picked up some dirt and/or cosmoline along the way.

Could be a leaky water pump if you are losing coolant if that is what you are asking. The coolant fittings could also be leaking.

I‘m assuming my water pump is pretty much dead, that will also be the reason for the grinding noise.
I also thought that the dirty / oily coolant could be leaking from the pump. But I was also afraid that this could be actual engine oil. A mechanic friend of mine saw it yesterday and said that this definitely isn‘t engine oil.
