This is what I got back....

Default Coil over rebuild

I have had a set of Ceika coilovers on my wife’s 2003 C2 for 3 years. They have performed well and I have been pleased with the performance. I bought them for about $1100 and I am happy. I liked them well enough to order another set which I have just installed on my 2002 C4 cabriolet. These cars are not tracked and for the use they get I think the Ceika are more than adequate and were an improvement over the standard shocks. They have 31 clicks of adjustment and I am running them at 22 clicks from the full soft setting.
I have Ohlin’s R&T on my turbo with the Elephant Racing top plates. They are very nice but the price was 4 times the cost of the Ceika.
I am in the market for another set of coilovers and am considering a set of Feal 441+ due to the fact that they have an extra height option which I could set to the stock USA ride height which my wife likes.
hope this helps.
Mark

My current thinking is, if I have to rebuild the Bilsteins, I'm going to go with a set of BCs, send the Bilsteins down to Cali for rebuild, then reinstall.

Which Configuration type did you go with? Comfort or sport?

These folks do -

Although I contacted Bilstein USA Direct - Pretty sure I had to call their tech support too - they did not respond to an email.

BTW - I have had probably 3 or four sets of shocks rebuilt by Bilstein. I used to run DE's at Sebring for years and Sebring was tough on shocks and springs...

For an overall, good street, sometimes track, suspension, I'm all in for Bilstein, they are well built, and reliable until the little adjuster falls off in your hand...
