Frunk open dash light staying on

My dashboard frunk open light is staying on. Everything is working, I belive its the microswitch. Will this actuator solve my problem? TIA

I believe part number 996 613 206 00 is what you want, its a separate switch on the passenger side of the latch. Its worth trying to clean the mechanism for the switch before replacing it.
