I met up with a friend last weekend who has an F50...truly a beautiful machine ! I originally met him at my wife's department party, and he is married to one of my wife's colleagues...We were introduced and somehow the topic of cars came up, and he tells me he brought his Ferrari out today !
I asked "so which one do you drive" and he answers"an F50"...I thought to myself, "yeah, ok, outside ?" Sure enough, parked in the driveway was an F50 ! Beautiful ! Twenty minutes after being introduced we are out for a spin...on the way back, he pulls into a side street and says "Lets switch !" No argument here, and I must say, the car is awesome to drive. We get back to the house, and he gets out and tells me to take it for another spin, "by yourself, really get on it !" he says...needless to say, it was a thrilling drive. One of the nicest persons you will ever meet...

I would... so I could hear it take off!
What a nice guy. I wonder if he would have let you drive it if you owned a Suburban or something and not a Ruf TT?
Personally though, I still think the F40 is the most beautiful Fcar ever made, but the F50 is a close 2nd. Both are nicer looking than the Enzo IMO.

Actually, I wouldn't feel worried racing him...My car does consistent 0-60 3.5 secs and a top end of 219mph according to RUF
But, thats just besides the point....Great guy and GREAT car !

Scott,
I totally agree about the F40 and F50...the F40 used to be my fav until I saw an F50 in person....
The night I was introduced to him, I had my Cayenne with me, and he had no idea about my other cars...I think he truly just likes to share the car with enthusiasts....
