Angry Bad wheel paint?!?

was just wiping down my wheels from the brake dust goo I have on them, and noticed that on my front/passenger wheel, the paint isn't smooth like it is on the others. It appears that it may have oxidized somewhat. Also, on the inside of the wheel, the blackness can't be easily cleaned away like the other wheels.
When I scrub inside the wheel, it only goes from black to dark brown or light brown.

This should be covered under warranty right? I suspect the paint on that wheel is bad.

FYI... this is on an '02 Turbo.

I'll post pics later if it helps.

Anyone else ever have this issue?

Scott,
The brown on the inside of the wheel is probably cosmoline. It should come off with a citrus based cleaner. As far as the roughness on the paint, try claying then wax to see if it comes off.

Scott,
since the car is used, i assume the wheel was repaired & repainted. ur dealer might not even know this if it's done by the 1st owner.
