Looks like part #2 to me.

I was not going to replace mine, but maybe I should...

That green ring looks like part of the check valve. I don't think it is available as a separate piece, you'd need the entire check valve #26. It's only purpose is to prevent oil leaking when the oil tank is disconnected from the engine, and oil seeping from the tank into the engine when the engine is off.
