Default which coilovers for my modified 996 turbo cab?

My JC coilovers are shot and I am refreshing my front suspension. The car has a 680 upgrade (tial zona k 28's, injectors, intercoolers, etc) with a GT2 body kit. It is a street-only car and I live in Ct. where the road are horrible (and have speed bumps which I try to avoid).
I think I've come down to Blistein or Ohlin's. No one has a bad word to say about Ohlin's, but I'm hearing they are very harsh for street use with their springs at 343 lb/in front and 687 back. One you tuber made it a little better by going down to 286/572 at a loss of some performance. My fun with the car comes from the back windy roads but like I said the roads are horrible. Because of the build, I don't want to go back to stock. Would the Blistien's (9 or 10) give me a better ride quality than the Ohlin's even at the price of some performance?
thx.

Ohlins are butter on the road so not sure who said they ride harsh ...Bilstein are old school, they work but time has moved way on

I have Ohlins, and on their lowest setting, and the dampers (?) set in the middle, they are more comfortable than stock.

Ohlins have far better ride quality on the street.

Ohlins are probably your best bet with their dual flow valve. H&R streets would actually work really well for your application also.

thx for the input. I'll go with the Ohlin's. They are apparently back ordered with estimated ship date in late May. Anyone know of a place that has them in stock. This is for a turbo with K 28's.

I pre ordered mine with the same understanding (ETA May) when they were released on Ohlin-USA’s website. 2 weeks later unexpectedly they were sitting on my doorstep. Getting installed next week.

We've been having really good luck with the FEAL coilovers if you choose to go the inexpensive Asian route. They have great service also.

Has anyone looked at or fitted the Auto Fortune 510 series coilover?
