Is it just the discs and calipers or are the rotors and dust covers also different?
Thanks!
GT2 and TT PCCB discs are different offset. If you are doing a GT2 conversions, you will need GT2 discs. The 996 PCCB first get disc are not very durable in the very least. Make sure you never take them to the the track as they will fail rather quickly. For street use they will be fine. The 997 and later gen PCCBs are substantially better but those are 380/350.

That is interesting to know; I thought the first gen discs went through the 997 series as well, and were more durable. When I measured them last year with changing the pads, there was negligible wear on the discs, however, the car has never been tracked.

I meant to say the 997 and later 380/350 discs. Some of the 997 cars used the first gen 350/350 discs. Like I said, for street use, the discs are fine. The 1st gen discs can be destroyed in a single weekend at the track especially the rears when using PSM which adds a ton of heat in the rear. I've seen in one several occasions even on 07 997GT3 with the 380/350. The rears got cooked and flaked.....

This is why oftentimes PCCBs are referred to as "Porsche Cars / Coffee Brakes".

Hadn't heard that, but funny.

I am hoping to take it to the track at least once, I'll be sure to defeat the PASM when I do.

Thanks, I dont know yet if they are gt2 or tt discs since his car didnt have them originally and he wants to go back to stock.
He said they were from the same car I bought the gt2 seats from so this could go any direction.

The rotor offset question is something I have been dealing with.
I have 996 GT3 front uprights/wheel carriers - 997 Turbo front 6-pot calipers - 997 Turbo front 350mm disks. The issue is that the 997 Turbo 350mm front disks are 0.080" closer to the center of the car that this setup is designed for. (Presumably, the 996GT2/GT3 disks have the correct rotor offset.) I believe the six pot 996TT PCCB, 996GT2 PCCB, 996 GT3 PCCB and Iron, and 997TT calipers are the same other than colors - I am not certain of this.

Because the 997 Turbo front disks are easier to find and available in more varieties than the 996 GT2/GT3, I am having the sheet metal shop I work with laser cut rotor spacers out of 0.076 304 Stainless. These will space the 997 Turbo rotors out to within 0.004 of the "correct" offset; the 0.004" difference is about two human hairs in thickness and negligible in this application. Additionally the 304 stainless may give a heat break between the rotor and the hub. Titanium would be a better heat break but my shop does not do titanium.
I should have 4 extra sets because I had to buy 5 sets to hit the minimums for the sheet metal shop if anyone is looking to use the same setup as I have: 996 GT3 front wheel carriers with 997TT six pot calipers and 997TT 350mm rotors.

If you're going to use those with GT3/GT2 front wheel carriers you are going to need a set of my 0.076" spacers.

Those disc's look like they've seen better days, may want to consider refinishing them
