Yes, lazy alignment tech. There's no reason why the front toe should be off that much. I also dislike the differences in front camber left-to-right, that's what causes the car to pull to one side or the other. Even if it can't be gotten in spec it ought to be the same on left and right.
The rear may be because of lowering the car, can't get both toe and camber within spec.

Before I do any alignment, I check tire wear and condition of tires, Then check all suspension parts, If anything needs replacing I do it, Then align or your just throwing money away

I've done a ton of alignments on these cars. Whoever was responsible for this alignment was either incompetent, lazy, drunk, or a combination of the three. Go back to that shop and raise hell....

For a mostly stock car you don't need any fancy suspension pieces...
