Does anyone know if;

1) there is a lite underneath the seat position / trunk lid button console to the left of the driver seat?

2) If so, is it supposed to be on/illuminated when the key is removed from the car?

I'm trying to understand if this lite, if in fact there is one, is causing my battery drain.

u have to lock the door to kill the light. if u don't lock the car there is a amber light under the rear view mirror will light up as well. that's the cause of ue drained battery.

 

So locking car is actually better on the battery?

lock the car will turn off the lights inside. is that what u wanted to know
