Default Catless exhaust - 150 miles later p1601 p0152 p0132

I installed a 3 inch cat-less exhaust, took it out multiple times over past few days, quite a few pulls no issue

Tonight took it out for a few more 3rd through 4th pulls all was well, then.......

On the way home did a small pull, got a check engine light.

Durametric returned:

P1601 - CAN Timeout - Instrument cluster
P0152 - O2 Sensor ahead of cat conv. bank 2
P0132 - O2 Sensor ahead of cat conv. bank 1

I don't know if it matters, but i haven't touched the battery other than leaving it on trickle charger.

I did remove the cluster and reinstall it. I also did cycle the key a few times with it unplugged. - could the cluster code have stored but shown up on the dash due to not starting the engine or it self correcting after i plugged it back in?

I unplugged the o2s dropped the exhaust and re-installed, no battery reset, again don't know if this matters.

EDIT: Just took the car for a short 10 mile drive, also a good 10 min of idle time as well. Did some pulls 3rd and 4th pulls, felt good. I did notice in lower rpm in 4th (3000ish) hitting 0.8 BAR, tapering down to 0.6 as the revs go up. (car is stock other than catless 3 inch) No codes yet, but I checked the ready status and everything including the o2 sensors were marked PASS. Also unknown relevance but the car has 33k miles

Thoughts?
Clear codes and see if they come back, if they do i have a pair of bosch 17044 for sale.

Youll also get cat ineff codes from your catless.
you can get those coded out from your tuner.

Just found this thread about HJS mini cats

https://www.6speedonline.com/forums/...mini-cats.html

within it:

"Yes I had them, they didn't work and threw codes P0132 and p0152 couldn't figure out why since I had them installed on the secondaries, car ran sluggish and supper rich.
I removed them and installed the 90 degree O2 extenders and codes went away and car felt more responsive.
Car ran super rich with them, they might work on other applications but did not help me."

Found them on ebay:
https://www.ebay.com/c/20015775592

And go figure this is exactly what came on my used exhaust, i thought they were just odd looking o2 extenders, guess not.

i have found a few other posts indicating that the rear o2 does affect fueling on a stock tune and will adjust fuel to get desired reading.

Sounds like i should get around to installing my cobb and for starters just turn them "off" so they stop sending funny signals to the ecu.

Is it possible to turn them off in cobb without a "custom" tune or are they turned off in their OTS stage 1 or 2 tunes?

So you installed a catless exhaust and are wondering why you have O2 codes? It's because you installed a catless exhaust...

typically a catless exhaust will not throw a primary o2 sensor code, but thanks for the witty response.

catless cels usually are cat inef codes, hes showing voltage codes, meaning hes mega rich and the stock tune is stuck on default fueling or his sensors are going. I recently had left bank pre cat sensor stuck in hv with cats, cycled the codes out and they came back, got some new sensors and no codes for 1k miles or so.

Op needs new precat sensors imo.

Spoke With SamboTT - COBB OTS do not alter rear o2 settings.

Also the o2 extensions i have seem to have given multiple people the same rich primary o2 codes due to the feedback from the rear o2.

Just going modify / change the extensions to remove the catalyst inside them. also will most likely just get a e tune to correct any issue once and for all.
