Anyone know this GT2?

The car needs 2 front tires (at least), an exhaust, suspension, clutch and that doesn't address the "wrong hardware all over the car," the loose fitting and potentially broken side skirts, cracked rear deck, mismatched paintwork throughout, an oil leak and whatever else you may want to fix. I bought my slate grey GT2 cheap with similar miles and the paint was perfect but had many mechanical issues. I spent over $20k fixing those and the car was fantastic but this car has more issues and that paintwork will always be there. I think in the low $60's it makes sense which is where I would need to be to buy it. At the end of the day you will be into it for at least $85-$90k and that is without touching the paint problems so it's not a great deal.

Its not a collector quality gt2 so why treat it like one?

I think at the end of the day if this car had no mechanical issues and just the paint problems it would be worth $90k max. Considering you can buy a no stories car without paint issues for just a little more with the same miles you have to make sure you aren't in the hole for much more than that. My mechanical skills are what I would honestly call a 6.5 out of 10 on the home DIY scale so it is tempting to give it a shot but at a sub $70k price.

500k for that GT2 is a joke. do they think it is 2018?
is that a Porsche dealership? I have never seen such a messy outdated desk and display inside a Porsche dealer. With all the $ they made on GT3 allocations and flipping all of the dealers around here are like the starship enterprise (modern, clean state of the art, and with nice coffee and snacks).
Surprised GT2s are so low, should be ready to take off in value especially if economy runs...these are special cars.

About 5-6 years ago, Porsche came out themselves and said they were gonna do something about all these BS prices and hold the flippers accountable. The GT market is nothing more than flippers, cars & coffee goers. No real drivers. Just speculators making money with little to no mechanical knowledge.
