does anyone know of a company that makes color match frames? or should i just use my touch up paint on a plastic or aluminum frame?

Did you ask Eric at BumperPlugs?

 

Look for a place that sells rattle cans of Porsche color paint, and do yourself. Use a good primer, first.

Many years ago, Darrin at FD Motorsports made one for me while doing a ceramic paint project on exhaust tips, so you can ask him too.
