Its been a year and a half since I have had a garage. We got county final on the house on Wednesday and cleaned out the garage today. Looking forward to having a clean car on a regular basis.
Nice! I have been living in rentals for the last 6 years and have never been able to get a place with more than a 2 car garage. I hate leaving cars outside. My wife and I are moving out to Reno in a few months where literally every house has a 3 or 4 car garage, so you could say I'm excited. Not sure if you track your car or ever venture towards NV, but if so I'm sure I'll be seeing ya!
I finally got a garage for the first time only a year ago, so I understand your excitement. I also really like the black/white color scheme on your house.
