Three Wheelin'
H&Rs will be a lot lower. About 1"+. Does not sound like a lot but you will scrape on everything. i had to shim mine back up to GT2 height to be everyday drivable. You will also want new shocks with the H&Rs, Bielstien B8s are the recommendation. If you don't mind the price go for the Ohlins. Hands down sounds like the best streetable setup.

I used the Bilstein coil overs - they work very well.

I went the H&R / Bilstein B8 route because I got a great deal on the set. Happy overall with proper alignment. I don't have scraping issues unless there are significant dips such entering or exiting some parking lots. I can tell if it's going to happen and go in at an angle.
If you can't do it yourself it's going to be pricey. I also wouldn't do lowering springs on stock shocks.
As Doc mentioned you can get X73 springs, which were a factory option. You'd still want to go with new Bilsteins if you went that route.
Also, you might want to replace other bits, like mounts, while you have things taken apart. Good time to inspect everything and see.

i've been with the MO30's ( think "bilstein b8" for comparison ) and hr reds for a decade now ( replaced the dampers once ) and love the stance and feel/height. it is "low" and a bit below gt2 height by probably 20mm and gt2 height is ( iirc? ) about -40mm below US stock ride height. it's not the "optimal" "city driving setup" but i stay *mostly" in canyons where its perfect.
so absent, coilovers adjustability etc, i'd go with NEW h&r reds ( sports ) and not go with "used" unless you know they were "barely" used. lowering springs "lower" but also they have a tendency to "sag" as they age.

I'm running H&R Sport / Bilstein B8.
IMHO, perfect. Not too low, not too stiff, not too expensive, just the right gaps and stance, definite improvement in performance, The only tough part is B8's can go on back-order between production runs and become difficult to get.
For comparison, here is the same car with oem springs (and wheels): (ready for off-road!)

For comparison, here is a picture from last Friday.
The car in the foreground has X73 suspension, background is H&R/B8. Both running identical size Apex wheels and tires. Sorry the picture isn't a bit better... IMHO, H&R is the preferable gap/stance and preferable choice. But you know what they say about opinions...

IMO, X73 has the best overall look and stance. Why? Anything lower highlights the gaps in front of and behind the wheel, and makes them look out of place relative to the gap above the wheel. IMO, X73 does the best job of balancing the space proportions of the wheel relative to the wheel well versus what you get with lower ride heights.
