The speedo LCD in my cluster is not working, I ordered the new LCD and was wondering whether someone already did this and has some guidance? I found one video on YouTube but it's from the old cluster (99 - 2001), not from the instrument cluster we have.

You bought the small LCD that goes in the tach?

Yes, have the small LCD which goes into the tach got the cluster out, stuck now how to get the tach apart to get to the LCD, see picture.

Doesn't the black tach "face" pop off by gently moving those little retainer stubs aside? Have not had mine apart for a while, can't remember. I looked through my pictures, but no help unfortunately.
