Price Check on 18” Techart Speedline Daytona Wheels
I saw a thread started by docwyte and it reminded me that I have a set of these wheels sitting around that are in rough condition. They came off a 996 Turbo I bought a few years ago. They are chromed and the finish is pitted. Does anyone know what they’re worth or seen what price some sell for in rough shape? It seems like they are pretty pricy when they’re in good shape.

I used to have a set of those. As I recall, the rims are aluminum, so you'd be dealing with polishing out the pits, which obviously thins the rim material, so if I were you, I'd try to find replacement outer rims. They are for sure rare and interesting looking wheels, but you'll likely be investing a lot in restoring wheels that could take a long time to sell...
