my friend is looking for a 01 996 TT, approx 15-20k miles.
He has seen dealer prices of 85k.
What is a realistic for a reasonably equiped, clean in an ok color?
What is trade-in, versus private party?

85K is fair but could get up to 90K. No more. Trade ins are getting $78-80K

 

BH Porsche has an '01 Turbo with 29k miles for sale @ $92K.

Obviously this is a very tall asking price. They came off $10K from asking when I bought my car, so I imagine they will come off a similar amount on this vehicle.

 

I am selling my 13k Turbo. Speed Yellow with a fair amount of options for 84,000. Haven't advertised it yet but I figure it will move pretty quick given the condition. Trying to find the next car before I pull the trigger. The sales tax credit is a big deal to me.

That's too many miles for that car especially at that price. I have a Guards Red 03 X50 car for sale w/6k, but obviously it's more $$$.
