Default So Cal: Does McKenna have loaners??

My service writer Larry left Beverly Hills Porsche. Since he was really the only reason I was going there I am looking for a place closer to home. The most ideal would be McKenna, however I have had bad experience with Audi in the past there.

I called up McKenna and they dude who answered the phone said that they do not offer loaner cars (as in Porsches) but they might consider an enterprise rental if the repairs are substantial enough. This seems like a load of BS to me, but I can't be sure.

Do they offer Porsche loaners? Also if anyone can recommend a "good" service writer @ McKenna I'd appreciate it.

McKenna does not have Porsche loaners. They can provide you with flatbed tow service from your home or office, or provide you with an Enterprise loaner.

However, their service department is pretty good. See Rick West, he is my service writer. Also, become friends with Brian Lewey, the service manager, and he will take very, very good care of you.
